For the economic growth of a nation, human capital is important like any other type of Infrastructures. For different industrial production activities, this capital needs to be qualified and properly skilled. The ITIs of different countries produce skilled workforce for the countries. Govt. ITI Balasore has been doing the same since 1957.

But with economic globalization, the competition in different industrial production processes has gone up. So, the ITIs have to produce World class skilled technicians with continuous updation of skill with changing technology through life long learning.
